GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE YVES ROCHER ONLINE STORE OPERATED BY MORBEAN OÜ
(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Seller provides online services through its website in the domain www.yves-rocher.ee on the World Wide Web. The service consists of providing informational services, content management, and conducting financial transactions.
Within the website www.yves-rocher.ee, the Seller provides commercial representation services in the lawful business of selling goods between users of the online service—namely, the Seller and the Buyer—and organizes the transportation of the sold goods.
SELLER’S LIABILITY
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of the online store are accepted by the user when electronically registering in the online store, which is a mandatory condition for making purchases. In this case, the user voluntarily provides personal data, which the Seller will process in accordance with the Privacy Policy published via the provided link. The Seller invites the user to review these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, as they apply to the use of the online store www.yves-rocher.ee and in case any disputes arise.
Registered users and customers who place orders through the online store are considered users of the Yves Rocher online store services.
The user unconditionally agrees that the Seller is not responsible for the behavior of the service users and that the risk of any potential damage rests solely with the users of the service in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Seller is not liable for temporary unavailability of the online store, partial or complete interruptions, or malfunctioning. The Yves Rocher online store may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or force majeure circumstances.
The Seller reserves the right to modify, discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any element of the service or the services provided, as well as the content or records, without prior notice, in compliance with fair business practices.
The Seller is not responsible for technical issues that may cause delays and/or improper processing of electronic data. All matters not regulated by the specific terms of use of the Yves Rocher online store are governed by the General Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws of Estonia.
The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content posted by users. Content posted by users must be accurate and correct. Users who post such content bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted information.

Relations within the Yves Rocher online store occur between the Seller and the Buyer (registered users of the Yves Rocher online store) through the commercial representation of Morbean OÜ. The Seller and the Buyer may be legal entities or private individuals. Invoicing or entering into a Sales Contract is mandatory for the Seller in accordance with the law.
If a contractual relationship arises between the Seller and a Buyer registered in the Yves Rocher online store, the Seller, as a commercial representative, undertakes to fulfill its obligations under the contract and these General Terms and Conditions.
SELLER’S RIGHTS
The Seller is not obligated to verify or monitor user behavior, but may do so if deemed necessary.
By creating an account, users agree to the consequences set out in these General Terms in accordance with the rules herein.
The Yves Rocher online store reserves the right to delete offers, texts, images, or any other materials at any time without explanation. This applies in particular—but not exclusively—to items placed in the wrong category, unusually low-priced items, incomplete or unserious listings, listings contradicting the purpose of the Yves Rocher online store, or listings related to criminal activities.
Neither users nor third parties may claim compensation or rights against the Seller due to such removal.
The Yves Rocher online store may, without notice, rename, divide, merge, delete, restore, or modify categories and move listings from one category to another.
PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS
The Buyer may pay for goods ordered in the Yves Rocher online store using:

DELIVERY
We deliver products only to addresses located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
Shipping costs are added at the final step in the shopping cart.
Standard delivery time via Omniva is:

2 working days within Estonia

Up to 10 days to other countries
Shipping costs start from €3.50, depending on destination.
Delivery is free for orders over €50.
The Omniva parcel machine network map is available via the link provided.
In Finland, delivery is available only to postal pickup points.
After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation by email.
Packaging must correspond to the content, form, size, weight, and value of the shipment.
Upon receiving a parcel, the Buyer is advised to inspect it in the presence of the courier. In case of missing or damaged items, the Buyer may refuse to accept the parcel or request a damage report for compensation.
You may pick up your order for free at our store in T1 Mall, 2nd floor, Tallinn, Peterburi tee 2.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
The Yves Rocher online store allows customers to rate products. Reviews may be submitted regardless of where the product was purchased—online store, Yves Rocher boutique, or elsewhere. Registration and login are required.
After purchasing a product, the Buyer may receive an email inviting them to leave a review.
COMPLAINTS
For complaints regarding product availability or quality, please email our customer support. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 7 working days.
If no satisfactory solution is found, you may use alternative dispute resolution methods as per the Consumer Protection Act. A written complaint may be sent to our legal address, including:

RETURNS
Products may be returned within 14 days after receiving the order.
Return instructions will be sent by email or SMS from the postal operator.
Refunds are made to the credit card used for payment.
If payment was made by cash-on-delivery, bank details must be sent to: yrbaltict1@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs for quality goods are paid by the Buyer.
In accordance with Consumer Protection Act No. 19/2022 (Articles 79 and 86), we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a photo to yrbaltict1@gmail.com. If confirmed, we will accept the return.
If you return or exchange a defective or incorrect product, we will refund the cost of the item and shipping, or send a replacement and cover return costs.
LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
The Seller is responsible for material defects in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. The Seller is liable for defects that existed at the time of transfer of ownership to the Buyer.
The Seller is not liable for defects caused by transportation or defects known to the Buyer at the time of purchase.
