Refund policy

The product cannot be exchanged for another item and may only be returned.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/2022), Articles 79 and 86, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or used for health or hygiene reasons.

Exceptions:

  • if a product different from the one ordered was delivered;

  • if the delivered product is expired;

  • if the product has a defect or visible damage that did not occur during transportation.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, bank account details must be provided for the refund.

The cost of returning the goods to the Yves Rocher address in Tallinn is borne by the customer.

Please do not send returns as cash on delivery, as such shipments cannot be accepted.
