Mr. Yves Rocher was born in 1930 in the town of La Gacilly, near the legendary Brocéliande forest. The proximity to such an extraordinary environment has a profound effect on a person and their formation. We believe that this is why he had a very intuitive inclination towards products based on completely natural ingredients.
At the age of 14, he acquired a local traditional recipe based on calendula (marigold). He decided to produce this ointment independently in the attic of his house. The ointment was very effective, which led him to the idea of selling it.
The sales started very successfully, and from that moment on, a wonderful adventure began...

Today, the company is led by his grandson, Bris Rocher. Together with the Rocher Group, of which we are a part, our success is based on the quality of service and products. The world has changed, the company has evolved, but our vision has remained the same from the beginning.
